I would LOVE to get back on my skates and get back in shape.

2009 I won Above and Beyond. in 2010 I won Last Diva Standing

What's the best advise you would give to someone who wants to join derby or what was the best advice given to you?
My advice is that derby is a FULL TIME commitment so make sure your ready to skate, promote, and do all the other things your league asks of you because it takes every league member pitching in for a league to thrive.
